Our last days in Taiohae seem very drawn out. Were still waiting for some papers - even paradise is under administrative control.
But, that gives us a few opportunities to enjoy the beautiful volcanic landscape and the plentiful vegetation of the Marquesas.

 

  

Our newly recruited sailor Antoine also participates in our outings. He especially enjoys trips with the dinghy - and the so often seen sticker "baby aboard" seems well placed on the engine, doesn't it?


   

  


Since we had such a great time here we're giving a farewell-party. It's also to give special thanks to some of the hospitals employees who treated us with so much warmth.
So, together with 40 friends we spend a magnificent evening in "Le Kovivi" - that prepared a great buffet for us.

 

Well, SILVER BLUE's bow is pointing towards Tuamotus - more about our journey there, next week.
