And, hello, we're back again! Even though some of you might have though that SILVER BLUE has come to an end -and even though it might look that way on the photo ... the photo actually also shows that everything is well with us.
New aboard is Fabian from Mexico. We already met 4 years ago in Cartagena and now Tom and Fabian will head for the Red Sea together while Nela and Antoine will return to Slovenia.

And that is where we spent a wonderfull summer - in beautiful Slovenia. But now it's time to cut the lines again. Only, we first neew to put in some work. The under-water part of the boat got a new coat of paint ... |
and there were other things to do as well, such as doing the laundry, etc.
But, as you can see, transporting laundry to a laundry-place can also be fun. (Washing, drying and folding only costs 50 Euro-Cent here in Malasia.

We continue our journey to the Phi Phi Islands. In a bays of one of the larger islands, Koh Phi Phi Don, one can see lots of new tourist cruisers. Ashore people are still working on the damage left by the tsunami. |
By the end on November it's finally time to say good-bye to Langkawi and the friendly Telaga Marina where SILVER BLUE stayed for half a year. The lighthouse sings us a faint "bye-bye" ...
On our way to Phuket, to sign in, we visit a few interesting places that are far from the usual tourist routes.
One of them is the island Koh Rok with its buddistic fertility temple.

The underwater-world around here has much to offer. A good reason to test the fully overhauled diving equipment. |
