| We spend the beginning of the week in the South of Fakarava, feeding the fish in our "aquarium" | and searching the surrounding motus for sea-shells for our shell-tree. | |

| The days are rather quiet since most of the motus inhabitants live under water. | Even though there are houses on the motus, the little islands of the atoll-ring, and they often still contain furniture they are deserted | |

On Thursday we return to the north of Fakaravas to stock up our stores -
we're planning to head for Tahiti on Sunday.
But in the end, the weather cancelled our plans: there's a cold front between
the Tuamotus and Tahiti, sending us lots of rain and strong gusts of wind.
So, we're waiting for the weather to get better …
